For many years, the Stuttgart International Symposium on Automotive and Engine Technology has been one of the largest specialist congresses on automotive and powertrain development in Europe and one of the most important industry meetings in the automotive industry. Experts and managers from industry and research come together to discuss the latest developments and current research findings.
This year, the Symposium on "Global Mobility for Tomorrow" takes place at the Haus der Wirtschaft in Stuttgart on 2 and 3 July 2024. The 2024 Symposium includes 100 scientific presentations, a third of which are peer-reviewed by SAE. The papers will be presented in five parallel sessions, accompanied by an exhibition, poster sessions, four keynote speeches by executives from the automotive industry and a panel discussion on the topic "Vehicle: Friend or Enemy? Customer Demands vs. Political Requirements". In addition, the conference will be accompanied by an exhibition. Other highlights include business speed dating, a performance by physicist and cabaret artist Vince Ebert and a networking event at Sky Beach above the rooftops of Stuttgart.
The contributions of the symposium will be published in a conference volume by Springer. The program will be released in early April and registration will be open from then on.
