The 19th Stuttgart International Symposium will take place in Stuttgart from 19 -20 March 2019.

 

The Stuttgart International Symposium is established as one of the most important discussion forums in the field of vehicle and engine development with about 900 participants. More than 100 presentations of this international event and the parallel technical exhibition combine proven solutions with innovative concepts.

19th Stuttgart International Symposium successfully started!

 

Prof. Dr. Hans-Christian Reuss (Chairman of the Board FKFS) opened the 19th Stuttgart International Symposium ceremoniously. The opening adress was held by Prof. Dr. Wolfram Ressel, Rector of the University of Stuttgart. The inauguration was followed by the first keynote of Wolf-Henning Scheider, Chief Executive Officer, ZF Friedrichshafen AG. He talked about the topic "Individual mobility in tomorrow’s cities". In the second keynote of the day Georges Massing, Director User Interaction & Software, Daimler AG talked about “CASE & Digital vehicle – the future of mobility”.

About 900 participants will listen to more than 100 presentations and get more insights from the parallel technical exhibition for the next two days. The Stuttgart International Symposium is one of the most important discussion forums in the field of vehicle and engine development.
