Conference on Powertrains with Renewable Energy Carriers

There are now more than 1.4 billion vehicles worlswide on the roads. More than 99 percent of these are powered by fossil fuels. Although electromobility makes a very important contribution on the way to CO2-neutral mobility, a rapid reduction in CO2 emissions from road traffic can only be achieved by including the existing fleet. Sustainable energy carriers are required for all mobility solutions. In addition to the electrification of the powertrain, hydrogen and eFuels offer a globally feasible approach.

The Conference on Powertrains with Renewable Energy Carriers deals with these topics. The event is aimed at participants from industry, science and politics who are interested in challenges and solutions for CO2-neutral mobility using renewable energy sources regardless of the drive type. Presentations and keynotes by experts from science and industry on highly topical issues will highlight trends, global market developments and challenges, and provide space for discussion throughout the two-day conference. The conference will be accompanied by a trade exhibition.
